item gets 5 stars, service gets 1 by teddythe item i give 5 stars... but they delivered it with one bulb smashed because they had it in the zapper already instead of wrapping seperate. i ordered early july and still waiting on a replacement bulb from them, luckily got another bulb expedited out of pocket as soon as i saw the smashed bulb. so, service gets 1 star. besides that the zapper is a destroyer, very pleased with it
