My cat brings her prey into the house unharmed, so I bought this mouse trap. She deposited a mouse in my bedroom today, so I used the trap for the first time, unbaited. It seemed rather flimsy, but I set up the trap along a baseboard and went out for a couple of hours. When I returned the mouse was sitting in the trap. Might be beginner's luck but it's good enough for me, and I'm sure the mouse was happy it worked, too.
